About Johnny Rock
I was born in Jacksonville Florida. I grew up in New Orleans La where I became a stand up comedian at the age of 18 years old. In 1984 I placed 3rd in Showtimes "Funniest Person in America" competition for the state of Louisiana. In 1988 I began working in radio at KONO AM860 & FM101 while living in San Antonio, TX where I also owned and operated an Elvis museum. In 2005 I returned to New Orleans and began my acting career. I continue to live and act in New Orleans LA, where I also work as a night club deejay and comedy show host at C.Beever's Bar of Music in Metairie, LA
